Julie is in charge of all the business administration for the hydrotherapy centre, organising the referrals and case histories from the veterinary surgeries on behalf of our clients.

All the above courses are fully endorsed by the British Veterinary Nurse Association (BVNA). All the courses have been written by Hawksmoor in conjunction with the Awarding Body Association (ABC) accreditation authority.

 EACH HYDROTHERAPIST WILL COMPLETE A MINIMUM OF 30 HOURS OF CONTINUED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PER YEAR, THE CHA QS REQUIREMENT IS 25 HOURS!

Alana Woods BSc (Hons) Animal Management  MCHA

Qualified Hydrotherapist


​Studying Diploma in Canine Nutrition (due on complete Nov 2017) & Diploma in Canine Hydrotherapy.


Alana joined the Splash Paws team in March 2015 after completing her Level 3 Certificate in Small Animal Hydrotherapy in January 2015. She has worked with dogs for five years in a kennel & rescue environment, so brings a lot of canine handling and rescue experience to the team.

Hannah Williams MCHA

Qualified Hydrotherapist


Hannah has completed a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management. She has worked in kennels and farms and whilst spending a year in Australia she volunteered at Cohunu Koala Park looking after kangaroos and koalas. Hannah has two dogs, Lacey & Bubba, both Shih Tzus with big personalities, four cats and two guinea pigs. Hannah is interested in studying further qualifications in Dog Behaviour and Massage Therapy for dogs.
